Pre-deployment planning and coordination

Transitioning to a new point of sale takes planning. We will consult with your transition team at every step to make sure project goals and deliverables are met.

Free POS Training Session

Rezku experts will have a plan in place and a solution at every step in the process.

Coordinating with:

  • IT to make sure infrastructure meets standards
  • Accountants to make sure bookkeeping is done right
  • General managers to facilitate operations and staff management
  • Managers and chefs to nail menu-design for servers
  • Partners to ensure cost objectives are met

Deployment and onboarding

Choose on-site deployment and a Rezku POS specialist will coordinate with your transition team to get the most out of the time together. We’ll inspect and approve your POS network, setup and test hardware, provide one-to-one training for managers and accountants, and conduct group training for servers.

Rapid remote deployment is entirely sufficient for most of our clients since we conduct so much pre-planning, training and coordination between Rezku and your transition team including IT, managers and staff. We designed Rezku POS to be so easy it’s virtually “plug and play”.
